One Year of Cullompton Street Pastors!

Posted on July 2, 2015

How time flies!

Street Pastors have been walking the streets of Cullompton for one whole year.  And what a year it has been with many new relationships forged and many opportunities to listen, to help and to share.

Recently, to celebrate the anniversary many of the Street Pastors and Prayer Pastors had an evening meal together. Here are just a few pictures………..

A new member of the Cullompton Street Pastors team

Posted on June 6, 2015

Tony 3Congratulations to Tony Grabham who has completed his Street Pastor training and was welcomed as a member of the Street Pastor’s team in a Commissioning Service in Exeter last month.

Tony has been a loyal and dedicated observer for many months and we just know that he will be such an asset to the team. It is good to know he will now be going out now as a ‘fully paid up’ member.

Welcome to the team Tony!

Invitation to be part of Central London New Year’s Eve Street Pastor patrol‏

Posted on October 12, 2014

This year, Cullompton Street Pastors have the opportunity to be part of the Mayor of London’s plan for the Central London New Year’s Eve celebrations(after taking into consideration plans for your own area).

Last year Street Pastors had over 50 volunteers with some travelling considerable distances to be involved. The feedback was that not only were Street Pastors of great value to the event, but everyone involved really enjoyed taking part.

Street Pastors will again be based at Bloomsbury Baptist church.

Street Pastors will be required please from 8pm, and will finish at 4am. There will be a meal again, although this year, owing to the withdrawal of sponsorship from the Mayor’s event it is unlikely we will be able to reimburse travel expenses.

Also this year, it will not be possible to sleep at Bloomsbury Baptist church after our patrol so Ascension Trust will ask whether anyone is prepared to give a bed to a fellow Street Pastor who has to wait for trains etc.

Full information will be circulated in due course, but in the meantime please would anyone who is interested in either patrolling or remaining at the base to pray please contact

or 020 8330 2809.
